Hilton Memphis

I loved the great big huge pond with Canada geese! I liked the pool! Memphis to us, is kind of a tired old run down town and this hotel is a little tired too! But we did really like it and we would stay there again! Two things I really liked about the room, is that hotels for the most part, DO NOT cater to women putting on make up and doing hair! But in this hotel I found a magnification mirror built in! YAY!!! I also found a mirror above the desk so that I could sit there and do my hair while my husband was in the shower! Most hotels have a picture hanging above the desk and it's really hard to do your hair in the reflection in the glass of a picture!!!🙄 so thank you for putting a mirror there!!!!

The Hilton was very convenient to the airport and a welcome respite from an emergency landing due to poor weather conditions. The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are commodious and clean and the bedding comfortable. When we awoke, we could take in the scenery and the beautiful pool. We would be happy to stay again if we return to Memphis.

Great friendly staff. One staff employee Ebony went above and out of her way to assist me She was friendly The bartender working was pleasant and multitasking very well managing the bar and take food orders.

Everything, the staff was incredibly nice, got a quesidilla from the kitchen and it was the best quesidilla my gf has ever had and she's the head cook at a restaurant. The view was amazing and the gazebo in the pond was a nice touch. Had breakfast and it was awesome too. Succinctly put it was bookeeper treatment and accommodations without the boojee attitude.

The front desk lady, Bri, was super friendly and gave us free breakfast cards when we mentioned it was our anniversary. The lobby was clean and quiet and our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant located on the lobby floor had delicious food. We will be staying again.
